Progressive tempo run. Didn't plan that, it just happened that way. First mile was 8.40, 8:26, 8;20, 8:10 (didn't see the 5th mile) and 8:10. Great run. Tried to run fast becuase I was running a tad late. Got it done.
Right quad still gets randomly fatigued and tuckered out throughout the day, it's strange.
