Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

MY FRIEND DAVID IS A NEW RUNNER TO THE BLOG, PLEASE WELCOME HIM!!!

Workout in the 3's.  

3 5k's on the TM.  1st 5k in 23 minutes, 2nd held an 8 min pace with huge inclines, 3rd tempo miles.  Workout was hard and I reached maximum HR. 70 minutes total time. 

103 pushups, 33 squats on each leg, 3 sets of planks, 3 sets of 20 with 25 pound weight back extensions, 33 crunches.

1 hour spinning class. 3 sets of max HR intervals. FUN!!!

Great running day!  Sunny with a chilly wind on the Northern Lehi Bench this afternoon.

3 5k's was the workout to he had.

#3-23:24.

I ran past Smooth's house three times today and waved as I passed.   I felt great about this run.

1 hour on the step machine levels 12-16.  A rain storm occurred on my stair machine... Good workout!

5 miles on the TM in 42 minutes.

I am so tired today!  I could barely spin without falling asleep today.  I have found that my body is now on automatic pilot when it works out.  It just knows what to do when all circuits of energy are down.
