Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

5 miles on the TM.  Would have gone longer but the darn machine broke down and stopped.  

45 minutes on the stair machine at an intense level.

1 mile swim in a little more than 30 minutes.

Today I questioned myself whether or not I would run.  I downloaded new tunes (30 Seconds to Mars) and convinced myself to test my endurance.  

Almost 11 miles at a 7:45 AP!  I am proud and feel really rejuvenated.  I did take 4 pit stops due to GI issues.  

Mix of snow, sleet and rain.  AmAzInG music. 

Went to the gym and swam a mile.

New month.  

1 hour spinning at high inttensity.

More than an hour in the weight room.  Pretty good lifts.

Vernal run!  I did not have my Garmin so I used a simple watch to time my run.  I ran for an hour and I am guessing I ran around 7.

Beautiful run in the Uintah Basin at elevation.

90 minute spinning class.

I ran for an hour on the TM.  Pyramid speed workout.  I talked to myself through the pain.
