Run the base with baby in stroller. 8:15 AP. Not bad at all.
Soooo a really good run usually happens the week or so after I return from Utah. It has to do with the elevation change, beautiful weather and catching up on rest. 12 miles with a 7:40 AP. NOT expecting that, but I will take it!!!
