You should be tired after a fun extended weekend and awesome workout yesterday. The knee must be all good.

From Bec on Wed, Feb 18, 2009 at 16:31:24

Yes, the knee feels so much better. Too bad that great weekend is over, I had so much fun. Back to work...

Can't wait until Sat. for the long run.

Good running! It looks like you know what your doing! Obviously. Just be careful, you dont want to push too fast. Hows the weather up there?

From Bec on Thu, Feb 19, 2009 at 10:24:28

Walter,

I hope I know what I am doing. I try to really keep a mental inventory of my body. Right now I am doing well. The main goal is to push the miles in while maintaing a healthy body.

The weather has been cold here, not too bad. I have been spending more time on the TM than I would like to.

You know I just noticed your photo on here! Is that what you run in? haha Maybe I should take a photo in my suit running down the street huh? That would be cool. Ok TM running does suck I did alot of it last year. I however has forced myself out in the cold dreary world this year and hopefully it will make a difference. When is your next race? or do you need help picking one out.

Bec,

Kelli is organizing another group run on Sat at the Lehi JRP at 7:30am. We always have so much fun. Do you want to join us there or do you have other plan? Let me know what you think. I'm good either way.

From Bec on Thu, Feb 19, 2009 at 23:12:15

Walter,

I am training for Boston, and I'm so excited! Lately I refer to the TM as my boyfriend. I spend way too much time with it. I run dressed up all the time, you don't? Helps me feel professional.

Smooth,

I would love to join the group on Saturday morning. Sounds really fun.

From Walter on Fri, Feb 20, 2009 at 08:48:31

Maybe I should try that Bec! ;) So are you registered for Boston this year?

I wonder if your boyfriend aka TM would be jealous of you running outside with other people? I have neglected my TM and she is infuriated with me. Its hard to please women these days you know?

From Bec on Fri, Feb 20, 2009 at 10:14:01

Walter,

I don't know how the TM would feel if I took it outside...But I need to take that leap and break loose.

I am going to Boston this year. What about you? Are you training for Boston, or are you planning on racing the sold out Ogden Marathon? By the way, why in the world is Ogden sold out? Is it really that great? The last two years I have ran it, I haven't been too impressed.

From Walter on Fri, Feb 20, 2009 at 22:59:11

Thats funny Bec! I am signed up for Boston and really want to do it. Im just so broke right now and trying to keep up so things could change and I may end up just doing it anyway. Do you have plans made out there yet? I have family there so I always stay with them in Stoneham which is about 8 miles from Downtown.

In answer to Ogden, I think everyone with the market being the way it is just felt like hurrying and buying entries to common races in town rather than out of town this year. Ogden is a nice scenic course with a gradual down hill feel. I like it but several of my friends dont. I like it better than SLC or Des news and Park City.
