Ran up to the track with Naomi in the stroller to meet Dad. He had just finished his mile repeats. We ran another 2 miles with him. I ran 5 more miles around the base. It was surprisingly dry, windy and on the cool side (into the wind).
Ran to the gym to use their TMs but they weren't open. Ran on my TM. Workout was 8 min on/off on's @ 9.5-10.
9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8, 9.9, 10, 10, 9.9
It was a great workout and it left my legs tired. I felt like I could have done 10, but I just left it at that.
