Nice TM workout.  Tried to hit some speed + incline.  I felt really great considering the huge run I had Saturday.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! Look at those miles and fast ones. Looks to me you recovered quick and well after that LONG run on Sat. What are your paces? Have a great day and week!

Smooth,

You are the queen of miles! I had a great logn run but my mile splits were around 8:30-9:30 min/per mile with lots of breaks. Hopefully my friend "Speed" will be coming in a few weeks. I'm gearing up for our long run in a few weeks. You rock Smoothie, 10 weeks, 10 weeks, 10 weeks!!!!! 70 days.

Is that all? 70 days! I still haven't bought air tickets yet. I'm so excited. Hey, your "friend" is itching to come out to play...you just need to let'er free. I think once the road condition and weather permits, you'll just fly. I am looking forward to our run too. I just realized I told you 2/22 which is Sunday. Silly me, you know I mean 2/21. Let's see if we can do 21 on 21. Wouldn't that be fun? Keep up the good work and stay healthy.

Smooth,

21 on 21, sounds good for sure! It will be a great tune-up for the race.
