Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Met RAD at her house in Herriman.  You know you are out in the middle of nowhere when you pass "Free Manure" signs. I got a chuckle out of some of the family farms and the fenced in llama.  I was glad to be out on the streets instead of a cooped up gym.

Slow miles with RAD and Kelli.  It felt really nice just to jog and loosen up.  I have put in a lot of miles in the last three days so I need to take it easy until Monday.  I also purchased new running tights at a sale this morning so I got to try them out!  Loved them.  Now I need to find a top that has the same type of warmth technology.

Seriously, I have NEVER been disappointed by anything I have bought at Target. Unfortunately, I think they are realizing they make great stuff because they are charging a lot more for it lately. BUT it is still way cheaper than a running store or Sports Authority!!!
