Fun day!

5 AM spin class

1.6 miles with the track team!  I think I am going to love coaching track.  I love running with some of my students and encouraging them.  What was the phrase that kept them going today?  Me telling them, "Think of all you friends right now eating nachos!  You guys are the bomb! "  I love encouraging the female runners especially.

50 minutes on the stair stepper @ West Valley Rec Center.

My Dance Co. also performed tonight and did an AWESOME job.  I am one proud teacher today.  I have never mentioned this on the blog, but my students call me "Ramp-Dog."  No lie.

Yesterday I signed up to volunteer at the St. George Ironman on May 1st.  I am totally stoked to help those athletes.

What an amazing day Ramp-dog! If I was back at JFK I'd think you were a cool teacher too :)

Wow...volunteering at Ironman would be pretty cool, inspiring!!

Congrats to the dance team, This was probably their last performance, but if not I'd really like to come at watch sometime. Did I ever tell you my sister danced with JFK dance team? :)

RAd,

HAHA! Your sister was on their dance team? That is kind of funny.

That was not their last performance, the big show is in APRIL. Let the STRESS begin.

Go Ramp-dog! I am jealous that you are volunteering the Ironman! Those athletes are tough! I want to do a 70.3 someday! Can't wait to hear your track adventures!
