Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Daddy of all daddies run today. The BIG one. 8 miles easy and then 5x2 sets... first set @ 7:30, second set negative splitting.

Got going and it was dark and cooler than usual. Saw an animal that scared the crap out of me. Mile 3 there was a bird that scared me. I'm terrible running in the dark.

Mile 4-bathroom stop. Didn't know if I was going to make all 20 miles. Belly was not happy. Stopped at home @ mile 8 to GU and salt stick.

You did awesome babe! Definitely a great confidence booster approaching the marathon. You're certainly capable of hitting a great time in 3 weeks!
