Another day on the TM.  I'm excited to migrate out to the frigid cold tomorrow.  Vernal is suppose to have a high of 20. :(

A high of 20? Are you freakin kiddin' me? uggh! Yeah I think I would be taking the TM approach myself! 'Good luck with all that'. (Seinfeld Quote)

Sounds cold. Your foot is better, yeah?

Walter,

Yes very cold. A treadmill for 15 miles does not sound exciting.

Jeffers,

The foot is better. Why don't you set up a blog for yourself?

Bec,

What are you wearing on cold days? I have run with temps in the teens. As long as there's no wind, I don't mind the cold. I really like the UnderArmour sub-zero mock turtle neck. It keeps me toasty.

For my 20 miler tomorrow, starting T will be in the 20's; so I'm going to layer with one long sleeve tech shirt (probably the one I got from Boston) and a light running jacket that I will probably shed by mile 3, gloves and sunglasses.

Have fun with your long run tomorrow.

Smooth,

I am a baby when it comes to temperatures in the highs and lows. I have some clothing appropriate for outdoor wear, but I still don't enjoy running in the teens. Before work it is dark and I have a problem running in the dark too. (By myself)

One of my goals this year is to start running in more extreme temperatures than I am used to.

Fun run tomorrow!
