Are you running TOU?

Nice track work! How are the new shoes?

Shad,

I am running TOU, are you? If you are I will look for you among the field of elites at the start line.

RAD,

The new shoes only last 100 miles, so I haven't worn them yet. I might run a few miles in them before the race to get the feel for them.

I am not running TOU as I just ran Pocatello and am recovering so I can run Indy on Oct. 17.

Good luck and have run, rip it up!

GO Becca!!! I can't believe you only have days left. I am getting excited for you. I am trying to control my adrenaline for my race but I am getting pretty pumped for those running TOU. Wish I could even drive up for it but I work the weekend : (((. GOOD LUCK fellow TM non-reader. Yah my running friend Kim told me that she can read while going on the TM at fast pace. I have a bobbling problem...the words are moving up and down and side to side...whatever. Anyway great speedwork, speedy. Now taper and sleep. Yay!!!!

Thanks Shad! I will try my best to "rip it up!"

Julie, you are so dang cute! I am pretty excited for the race this Saturday, really nervous too. I must say that taking an easy week has sure been nice. It feels good not worrying about how many miles I run each day. Pretty sure I could get used to this. As for the TM, I think that I would get really sick if I tried to read on that!
