Cool down with naomi I the stroller.

Rather difficult workout for me and I felt rather good about it. I tend to not think about workouts until I am I the moment. I feel like I just can't deal with the anxiety workouts cause me, so I mentally block them out of my mind.

The most important piece of this workout is hitting that 1 mile at the end...which you nailed! The 800's are really just there to fatigue you.:)

Your doing great!

Thank you sooooo much Rachelle. I literally wanted to die on the side of the track on the 5th one. The mile seemed easy compared to the 800s. It was also a hot Texas morning.

I have LOVED this approach I am taking to this marathon and I'm looking forward to the end result. Not going to lie, your workouts frighten me. Every one of them!

Great job on those repeats, those are very difficult in the summer, sea-level heat, hard to understand unless you are out there in it every day. Looks to me like you are well-positioned for a sub 3:20.

Thanks Julie c and flatlander for the confidence boost. Hubby and I are running Air force in sept. We both want good times but we don't know what to expect considering weather conditions and a super flat course. We will see.
