18 miles with RAD around the Herriman/Daybreak area. Beautiful weather! We saw a lot of people out enjoy the warm temperature. It was nice to chat with RAD a little bit.

2 weeks until my MARATHON. I feel really good about my training and the way my body has been performing lately. TAPER TIME!!!!!!

Thanks for putting up with me! The weather and company were priceless - the run was blah :) Of course, you know that from my perspective, because I told you that about a million times during the run!

Thanks, I am so excited for National! It will be really nice to get out of Utah for a bit. Even better getting away from my students to clear my mind.

Thanks for training me for my marathon. It will be a little strange not to be with you at a race. Seems like we have been doing a lot of the same races lately. I will miss you.

I wish you were at the finish line too! I would give to a large sweaty hug while I was a little out of my mind. There will be other races you will get to see my finish. UVM in June, can't wait!
