4 mile progression warm up before TM class. 32 min. 6 mile pyramid workout during class. Efforts were hard. ABS. I will lift later. Leaving now to go snowshoeing with friends. YAE for ROMPING! The air was beautiful for snowshoeing. Crazy how it is colder in the valley than it is in the mountains. So good to be outdoors getting some Vitamin D.
