Not so into the running thing today. Last night my stomach was really upset and today I have just felt tired and lost. Lack of focus big time.
I did make it to the gym to do 5 miles on the TM. IT was suppose to be 10, but I could just not push any more miles out of me. Finished with a nice arm workout. TIRED, a little STRESSED, and when will training thing be over?!?!? Nutrition on the poor side. :( Not junk food, just lack of appetite. TOMORROW is a new day!
