5 miles of tempo. Set the TM on 8.0. First 5 min each .5%, 1%, 1,5%, 2%, 2,5%, 2%, 1.5% and then I ran out of time so I had to run home. This workout felt great, it was a little difficult but didn't leave me trashed.
