Drove a mile away from the start of the P-half marathon. Ran uphill 1 mile for a warm-up with some friends I met a few days ago. Goal for the race 1:35. Last year I ran this race and I ended with a 1:44. I thought I was expecting too much of myself. Goal was to maintain 7:20 mm. Splits: 6:49, 6:40, 6:48, 6,40, 7:12, 6:57, 7:22, 7:32, 7:14, 6:59, 7,19, 7:07, 7:19, .35. AP:7:04. Felt really good about this race. :)
