What I did last weekend really helped my run today. I love Sundays, they give my body a rejuvenating rest day. 10.6 miles AP 7:46. I wish every running day felt like today's running day.

Not trying to play soccer! I have set up a handful of individuals which ALL got married. Needless to say I don't think that one of them will ever forgive me!!! HA!!!!

Thanks Kelli. It was a GOOD day for running. The elements were all there...(I think I ate to much oatmeal cereal yesterday).

The place I work needs me on their team, so I am selling my other spot. It's Sept 4th and 5th.

Holy Cow girl! I was actually just looking at one of my runner's cards on my fridge as I was getting some water and admiring my 7:40 pace for a 10K! I don't think I can keep up with your speediness anymore!!

I would love to do the Red Rock...I'll have to think about it though, my husband might kill me (spending the $ and the time gone).
