2 mile warm up to the Jr high 1 mile @ 10k pace 6:49 800 recovery 4x400s 93,93,92,91 with 200 recovery between each 1 mile @ 10k pace. I forgot to look at the time on my garmin when I was going off distance. It hurt enough to count. 2x200 withe 200 rest between. That felt ok. Cooled off and ran back. Nice run and great weather! |
