This morning I did 1 hour strength training. Shoulders were the area of focus. I love how you focus on one area of the body to work and you think you will be so sore the next day, but you never are. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing. Arts conference all day. 2 hour bike ride. Race up to Suncrest! (I went faster than I did on Saturday). Then I rode for another hour.
