Nice work Becca! I'm sorry that you're going on 6 weeks and still feeling that 'snag' I hope it gets completely healed SOON!!! Where is the new pic from? It is VERY cute!
Are you still planning on dino tri, or do you think your leg will handle the distance? I mean I know its only a 5k, but you CANNOT re-injure yourself!
Zumba huh?

RAD,
I don't think I will be doing the tri anymore. I still want to do one, but that weekend is turning out to be really busy.
I am giving the leg a 5 mile run tomorrow (Monday) to see how things go. The goal is just to completely heal and get ready for TOU.
BTW Zumba is amazing! Who is the Zumba instructor on the blog? I really want to get certified, the classes are so dang fun!

Well, I guess I'm glad you don't think you're going to do it, because my husband is throwing a bit of a fit about WBR the weekend before and it might push him over the edge, plus I can't figure out how to get the baby seat off my bike! lol!
The Zumba instructor is new on the blog...I can't remember who, you may just have to do some blog stalking :) Her picture is of her in a bright green ZUMBA tank, so you won't miss it. She's just getting into running...I think.
I sure hope your 5 miler tomorrow works out well for your leg and you don't have any tightness or pain. Next time you come to town we need to get together! (or for some strange reason I'm in Vernal ;)

RAD,
I am in town for the summer, and lovin' every minute of it! I don't know if I can go back to V-town, already dreading it.
Baby seat on the bike for a tri? No big deal. I can see you now cruisin on thing in the race. You get a lot of heads turning in your direction. (Especially when you start passing people).

RAD,

Bec,
So glad you're back on the blog. I have missed you. Hope the leg heals completely. Wow, I didn't realize it's been 6 weeks already. Looks like you've been staying positive and actively Xtraining. Nothing comes between you and your workout. How's that new bike? I've never heard of ZUMBA. You're a workout queen. Heal, baby HEAL!!! Hope your run goes well tomorrow. I don't think I'll run tomorrow, my legs are sore today.

Okay...we need to get together then! We could do a bike ride, and I'll bring the baby seat in case you get tired :) lol!!!
Glad you found Zumba!! She looks like a neat person, I would SOO come to your zumba class if you taught.

Nice job Bec!!! 9 miles already is GREAT! Just be careful ... I know you are.
Very cool workout!
(Don't increase your weekly mileage too fast ... please!)
Have a great day! :)
