Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

40 minutes spinning.  20 minutes elliptical.

My leg is tight when I try to run on it.  I am still really nervous to put any forced pressure on it.  It feels like it is taking FOREVER to heal. 

Went bakc to the gym for an hour spinning class. 

*Spin is my new run.

Keep up the patience girl!! It will only be worse if you get back too soon. Just think how you're gonna rock your first tri!!!

Rock my first tri? That doesn't sound motivating. I want to rock my next foot race, which I am sure will not happen soon. Would you consider doing a tri with me? I think it would be easier on the ITB.
