30 minutes weight training.
This morninig in the weight room there was only this guy and myself. We were sitting by each other lifting, and he kept making the strangest grumbling noises. It sounded like he was in pain. I tried to ignore him and just go on with my workout. Then he was like, "Aw, my leg has a cramp!" I didn't know what to do, so I just looked at him and smiled. When I was leaving the weight room he proceeded to tell me good job for my efforts. Guys on weights are strange. |
