Put the incline on the good ol' TM and went for a moderate paced run. My body is tired from the weeknd and the workout I had yesterday.
Maybe I will do a spinning class tonight, depends how I feel later.

oh, I love spinning! They had classes on the cruise and it made me remember how much I liked them for x-training!! Great job on the incline...I'm always afraid to 'ramp it up' on the TM. I'm amazed at your workouts.
