I hate when I get on the TM at the gym and it has power jolts in it.  It was like a stop and go roller coaster ride.  I got off the TM and started doing speed intervals around the track.  I only lasted 7 miles.  I owe myself some miles later today.

After the 7 miles I did leg weight stuff and pilate rainbows.  Later I will run 4 miles and work my upper body.

HAPPY MONDAY!  4 WEEKS!!! 4 WEEKS!!!

I went back to the gym and did 3.5 more miles.  I spent about an hour in the weight room doing upper body weights, including a lot of push ups.  When I do weights I do one-bizillion reps. (I'm not kidding).

wow, what a workout! Good luck in 4 weeks! You'll be kickin it at the front of the pack! If you don't like power jolts, try running on a TM on a cruise ship when its rough seas! Its horrible having it move up and down underneath you. The only problem is that the running track outside wasn't much better and a TON windier (is that even a word???) Anyway, great workout. I'm happy to be back and able to read other peoples blogs and comment. I'll see you Saturday :)

RAD,

You are the best. If the TM acted like that on a cruise ship, I would have given up the. I don't know how you did it! Welcome back young lady!

If you were at the Legacy Center, I have the same problem with some of the treadmills. It makes me so mad and drives me crazy.

Jeff,

I am out in Vernal. The rec center here is really annoying; 8 treadmills and 4 of them don't really work. But I still love running on TM's for some reason.
