I hate when I get on the TM at the gym and it has power jolts in it. It was like a stop and go roller coaster ride. I got off the TM and started doing speed intervals around the track. I only lasted 7 miles. I owe myself some miles later today.
After the 7 miles I did leg weight stuff and pilate rainbows. Later I will run 4 miles and work my upper body.

I went back to the gym and did 3.5 more miles. I spent about an hour in the weight room doing upper body weights, including a lot of push ups. When I do weights I do one-bizillion reps. (I'm not kidding). |
