Nice inclined run.

Week 3/day 1 pc.  I am repeating week 3.  Sad thing is I just really do my own system.  I don't know if I will get past 30 consecutive push ups.

LOVE the count-down! You're not very excited about Boston, are you?

Check out your miles...30+ and it's only Wed. Yes, you can do 30 push ups. If a little old lady like me can...you can do eeet!!! Embrace the pain!

Smooth,

You make me laugh so hard! A little old lady? Hardly! You're just crazy.

Yes, I am a little excited for Boston. You need a count-down for your blog too.

The countdown is great. You have it timed down to the second! Hehehe. If I had one, my countdown would be much, much, much longer.

Jeff,

You changed the name... confused me for a minute. Start your own count-down, even if it's going to be counting down for a long time.

That is awesome. Thats what I like about the Boston marathon. They are always coming up with great stuff. Did you register for the alert on the phones yet. I wouldnt mind watching you all if you want my phone number to put in it. It gives us a text every 5k! Its really cool I did it to everyone I knew last year.

No way Walter! I'm going to have hook my family up with that cell phone thing. Message me your number and I will put yours on too. You can find your own count-down thing on the adidas website. You can enter any race that you are training for, cool.
