New running month! This next week I am cutting my miles to about 40. I am sad, but I do not want this IT problem to get any worse.
I biked for 30 min. I then took an extremely slow and easy pace on the treadmill. The IT is bothering me on the outside of my right knee. It felt strange for about the first 1 1/2 miles, then the pain went away. I have iced my leg, but I don't know what else I should so. Please give advice! |
