Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

I love holidays!  I ran 7 miles on the TM.  

Today I joined Smooth and her fabulous family for a full day of skiing.  Loved every minute of it.  So nice to be up in the beautiful, fresh mountain air.  Legs were fatigued by the last few runs.  Felt good to find "speed" in floating down the mountain.

I can't believe you got up so early to run! You inspire me. What a blast we had on the slopes today. Thanks for coming and making it so fun for us. Are you running tomorrow? Have a fun FHE with the gang tonight.
