I love redempotion runs.  David got up early again so I could go run.  I let Naomi "Cry it Out" last night and it wasn't that bad.  I felt more rested when I woke up.

It was pretty cold outside and the wind was fierce, so I opted to do the speed portion of my workout on the TM.

2 mile warm up outside

4 miles @ 10k pace (6:58, 8.6 on the TM) .5% grade

2.25 miles to cool down

It is so nice getting my runs done first thing in the morning.  Got home to baby cuddles.

Cry-it-out is definitely the way to go sometimes...I still remember those days well. Good to see you're running really well again! Great workout.

Joe, you cry it out every night still! What are you talking about?

Good job, sounds like you are slowly restoring order.

HAHAHA... Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Burt, I guess Joe still does cry it out, only way to go.

Can you imagine a grown man crying in the middle of the night? Now THAT would certainly keep me awake.

So what if I cry myself to sleep at night? You think you're better than me Burt? Well that just gives me more reason to cry. MY FEELINGS ARE SO HURT RIGHT NOW

I only cry myself to sleep once a week now.
