Another treadmill workout.  Today I tried to maintain all miles below eight minutes.

Hey, is that you Becca? WELCOME to the blog. I'm so excited for you. You're gonna love it. There's good support and POSITIVE peer pressure. It's fun to "see" what everyone's doing for their training too.

Good treadmill workout there today and yesterday. I find that treadmill is good to keep the pace honest with incline. It does affect your form from head to toe. So I try to limit tm running to no more than 50% of my total volume. I have to mix it up to keep from getting bored. Hopefully this inversion goes away soon and we can be out on the road again. Then, we get to deal with ice and slush, o well. Good luck on your Boston training, you cutie!

Burt,

I am most certain this is the sweet Becca I know. Just look at her awesome running accomplishments. She already knows I am one weird puppy.

Bec,

The inversion is going to be history by this afternoon. Shower is heading our way. Sure hope it's heading your way so you can go hit the asphalt outside and get some fresh air. Love you.
