Great day at work, sold shoes to RAD. I had fun visiting with her in the store a little bit and seeing her cute kids. She brought me the most DELICIOUS cookie from Smart Cookie, yum :). Thank you RAD!

Thanks Bec, you are the best! Oh, when I went to visit my friend in Lehi she almost had a heart-attack when I said I didn't have you put me down as her referral so she got 'credit' for me. Anyway, if you could please put me down for Jodie Meredith as her referral I'd appreciate it - well, she will anyway :)
I just did 3 on the TM and I forgot what kind of torture that machine is...I can't believe you did 8! I think speed intervals on the TM would be good though, it would keep you honest and running a steady pace. Nice work lady! I'm glad you enjoyed that cookie - you deserved it after putting up with my kids all afternoon! -that's why I got one too :)

Smooth,
It was nice to see RAD today, her kids are way cute!
RAD,
I don't think the store does customer referral programs anymore. If we do, I will put your friend down.
The torture machine is sometimes a good way to go. If you want to go faster, push up the speed, and you have no other choice!
That was cookie was yum-yum good. That will be an after race celebration spot.
Allie,
I work at Fleet Feet in American Fork. It's a great little running store.

Hi Bec!
Just wanted to say thanks for your note the other day - I truly appreciate the support. I am in fact running Chicago on October 11th, with the goal of running in 3:10 or less in order to qualify for Boston.. have you run it Chicago before? Anyways, congrats on all your running accomplishments, good luck with your improvement goals this year, and happy running!

Thanks Andrew. I really wish you luck at that HUGE marathon. I have not done Chicago, but it is one I have always wanted to do. Keep running hard.
