TM class huh? My friend did that for a while...how do you like it? Nice job on the recovery and ab's class! You're kickin' it girl. Hey, call me. I've got a 'plan' for Saturday :)

Plan for Saturday...Hmmm, this could be good. I am ready for kick some b-hind on a downhill 13.1 run. I think you are ready for some of that too! TM class is funny. Usually I pretend to do my own workout while those ladies are working it. Today I actually followed along with the instructor, and didn't listen to my ipod. I even talked to a gal on the TM next to me. The 9 miles went by really quickly, surprisingly.

talking always helps miles on a TM fly by...otherwise I sit and watch the numbers slowly tick...tick...tick! UGGGHHH! Aggravating.

Yes, talking does help. It's nice to have some fun music too.

NICE TM and AB class. I'll bet YOU can teach those classes!!! GOOD JOB!

Oh, the only way I could TALK to you while running WITH you would be on a TM parked next to yours! :)

WHATEVER SMOOTH! You can talk and run with my anytime.

The TM class is fun. They bring out the big radio on wheels and everyone in the facility gets to listen to some great music. RivPaul would be an awesome teacher, but I think the ladies would be falling off their TM's.

I've never heard of a TM class either, that does sound interesting. I'm trying to avoid the TM until Winter! I did a couple miles on it today and I was wondering what I will do when I have to do more than a couple on there:) So I'm very impressed with your 9

Thanks Leandra. I am the type of person that doesn't mind the TM. I can put 13 miles down on one. SAD
