Ran on the JRP in West Jordan for about 2 miles. 2 miles on 7000 south heading west and 2 miles coming back. Legs still tired from Saturday's run. I did this run in the middle of the day and it was extremely warm. 7:51 AP
MandP weight workout @ Westminster with David. Wieghts oh how I have missed you! Swam in my running clothes pretty slowly, very tiring.
