BBK's THANK YOU!!!  It was so refreshing to run with passionate, and dedicated runners.  This run was exactly what I needed.  My favorite part of the run was running with Kelli and RAD at the end of workout.  The sunrise was beautiful, and listening to Kelli and RAD's conversation was fantastic.

I feel refreshed from running.  How is that possible?

There are 3 kinds of people...

1. Those that make it happen.

2.  Those that watch others make it happen.

3.  And those that ask, "how did that just happen?"

(I heard this over the intercom at work today)  What kind of people are we?

PM 2 miles on the elliptical.  Stretching.  50 situps for the heck of it.

I would like to think I am the first one. I am so sorry you had a crapy run on saturday. What is your plan for this Saturday? I was thinking of trying something in the ball park of 18 if you want to join it might end up being more like 15 with some MP stuff.

I am so happy to hear you have a wonderful "refreshing" run with the BBKs. I think I'm one of those people in #3...sometimes I'm clueless; and sometimes I just like to ask questions. In all seriousness, it's good to be all 3...sometimes we make things happen, other times we are the cheerleaders or just being a good leader to watch others make things happen.

Josse,

I am still not sure about Saturday. 15 would be nice. Probably not much more.

Smooth,

Good point! I think it's great to be all three. Come to think of it, I sometimes I fall into all of the categories.

The BBK runs sound so inviting. They are a great group of runners. Met them at races but have never got to run with them. Way to feel in the groove again. Are you running the Mesquite Marathon too? Wow girl!!
