Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

You're getting ribbed! Is that a good word for a cute girl? I really mean to say you're getting buff. That doesn't sound right either! Well, you know what I mean. You're getting strong and tough and beautiful and trim.

Thanks ladies :) I really don't know how stalked, ripped, buff I really am. Maybe I need to get "buff" in the running area. The motivation is lacking lately because I don't really know what I am training for.

Becca, do the TOU half and then the Full marathon. Im still bugging the SGM staff on getting us in but decided to concentrate on TOU myself. The Half is fast mostly downhill. Youve done it havent you? Provo River is a good one too.

Hmmm, I totally understand the lack of running motivation when you don't know what to train for.

Have you considered a triathlon? I think you will be SO GOOD at that. MrsFIT is doing the Jordanelle tri. Just an idea.

Thanks Hauns. That was for one day :). Sometimes I beat myself into the floor more than I should. I still don't have any racing plans. I will get focused by the end of the week.
