3 really slow and easy miles. It felt really good.
I would walk for .25 on the TM with an incline of 11 and then run .50 on 6.7 speed.
Hopefully I will have more time to go back to the gym tonight.

Ladies...
It is soo good logging miles again. After I ran a mile and a half today in a head wind on the grass, I felt slow as sludge. I don't know if my miles will ever stack up to those of yours Smooth.
