16 with RAD and ANNETTE!!!!  Thank you so much you two fabulous, cute, vibrant young ladies. :) :)

Ran throughout Herriman down to Daybreak.  I felt pretty strong until the last mile and a half where I started to fade. This is the furthest long run for me since last year.  Pretty proud and sore...

Ice bath.

Thanks for the Gatorade Allie.

LOL. you're welcome? haha.

great run this morning. it's amazing how fast you have healed -- and you are coming back so strong! sounds like a great morning with some fun company.

Oh my goodness, it was so fun! They told me all about Allie in Crocs, I was fascinated. I might have to give that a try.

As for the Gatorade...RAD told me you brought it last week and it was left over. It was delicious.

However, the bananas were gone :)

Becca, you failed to mention how hard you were hitting those hills that I complain and whine about all the time! You were running up them like you were going downhill. You are SO strong and are always good about your cross-training which makes you able to come back quickly.

Hey...who you callin' YOUNG? :)

RAD,

I had so much fun running with you two today. It was so sweet that you two had pre-planned fuel and had some for me. I am kind of looking forward to next weel.

The only reason I tried to get up those hills quickly is so they would be over. ;) They were as tough as you describe. I was sure happy there wasn't a head-wind coming in our direction.
