You are being smart Bec!! Hang in there. Seriously, your swimming is awesome!!! I am the worst swimmer ever!!! But ... I have to give myself credit for having the confidence to make a fool out of myself in front of many! I would NEVER have done that even one year ago. Maybe it's the old age kicking in!! :)

Seriously ... nice job!!! Don't rush it! :)

Teena,

Thank you so much for the encouragement. Do you ever think that you are not injured until you try running? I tend to think that I am okay, but then running one lap on a track and it's painful.

Swimming is not so bad. I think you are getting in the pool a lot more than me, and I need to follow your example. I bet you are not as bad as you claim to be. When I am in town, we should workout together in the pool.

All the time Bec!!!

It's a brutal reality check for sure!

Hang in there. :)

Okay Bec,

How are you feeling today?

Glad you are finding things to do that do not hurt!!!

Teena,

I feel okay today. I get a little depressed when I think about running. I even have dreams I try to run, but I have forgotten how. I want to do a fall marathon, but I wonder if that will be possible. :(

Kelli,

Yes I have found something that doesn't hurt and it's not running. I miss my "true love." (running)
