Did another DSC track workout this morning- I ran a mile then did 8 sets of stairs- more laps then 100 sprints with recovery then one more set of stairs then cool down laps. Legs are feeling stronger from the stairs. My right hammy is getting much better due to this type of workout. I have had a minor pain i that hammy for several months and today it felt 95%. Doing the sprints are allowing my legs to turn over faster. Once I get through this week I will probably do this workout 2 times a week and focus more on longer runs but for now I would like to run a good 5k on Saturday
