| Combo, then my 14 laps on the track. Shin blah blah blah, running slow, then biked for a half hour, then did foam grabs, balance and 4-way hip exercises.

| Donated blood today! Then I went to weights and biked for a half hour. Got my calf rubbed out some more - it's finally loosening up a little!

| Rode my bike around town for about an hour. Got out before it snowed - yay! Later at night, warmed up on elliptical for 10 minutes, did a bunch of abs and free weights, then did a 5 minute cooldown on the bike.

| At around 2 AM, I roller-bladed for about 90 minutes around campus. During the day, I rode to Quizno's and back to visit Cammie. So I got in about 15 minutes of biking.
