Went to the Fieldhouse and worked out. Did a half hour on the track w/10 minutes at 3.5 effort, then did my weight circuit, 10 minutes of bike & elliptical, then L-7 stretches and hurdle drills. Then 10 minutes of running to cooldown. Pretty great workout today! (KB 23.8)

Went out this evening, 45 minutes on a big square loop from my house: 7N-22N, 6E-12E. Pushed the pace a little, felt reasonably good excepting the moment at the top of the 12th east hill where I almost puked my guts out. (KB 34.4)
