Pool stuff. Half hour at 57% jets then half hour at 73% jets for a push section. Brittany chatted with me for the second half so it actually went by reasonably quickly.

Did a speed workout of sorts in the pool. Warmed up, then did 4x6:00 pushes at various jet speeds w/4:00 active recovery. Around 75-80% on the pushes. Then cooled down for a bit. Total workout time was 60 minutes.

More pool jogging. Jets on 55-57% for an hour. Boredom. Talked to our trainer about talking to Doc tomorrow - he says not until next week since it's still way tender. So super frustrating.

Had to hurry in my pool time today, so I only got in a half hour with a 10 minute push at 30 minute effort.

Went over to the HPER and did 75 minutes of aqua jogging in the pool. I think I did about 50-55 laps. Boring, but not quite as bad as the stationary pool. Plus, it's chlorine isn't quite as nasty smelling as the HydroWorx pool's.
