| Got out and did the PV loop this morning, with 12x1:30 pushes at 3 with the last 20 seconds at 5. And 2:00 jog recovery between. Got to the high school at 46 minutes, so I took a potty break, then started my pushes from the school. Felt a bit tired overall on the workout, but they were pretty consistent once I got going. Nice to have the hard day out of the way! Only one week until I move!!! (GT 291.3)

| Did the Fields loop backwards, stopped at Summit to do the weight circuit, then finished the run. Felt pretty good, a little tired. (GT 299.3)

| Ran up the trail that parallels Hilton, then up Bluff for a while until I got to turn around and go home. On the way back, I took a detour at Staples. Fun times. (GT 310.3)

| Went out on the Bloomington loop with an extension at the end around the park. Felt super exhausted the whole time, probably should've eaten something besides milk and candy yesterday. Did 8x20 second pushes, which were pretty pathetic. (GT 318.9)

| Got up way too early and had Tim drop me off up on the marathon course (about 10.5 miles past the old running store) then I ran all the way home from there, by way of Bluff and the Hilton-Vermillion trail. Went really well, just the last mile or two I got pretty tired out and thirsty. My feet have been acting up most of this week, so I did the run in my old Kayanos, which were a tiny bit better on the feet, but worse for my hamstring. Bleh. (K 683.7)
