Warmed up and stuff, then did a 48 minute tempo at 7:00/mi pace. There was the nastiest crap in the sky for the whole thing! We just called it acid rain. But it got speckles all over me and dirty and didn't feel good to breathe. However, the run itself went a lot better than I was expecting. I only got tired on the uphill sections and even those weren't that bad. Average pace per mile was 6:49 and we were trying to slow down for most of it. Hahaha. Then I cooled down to the engineering computer lab. Then it rained. And now it's SNOWING! Wtf? I hate the bipolar weather. It was in the fifties yesterday! Good thing I'm going to be in sunny St. George come Friday! (DS 152.4)

Hey Ruth!! Ha thanks :) That wouldn't have been good if the dog ate me. Nope I'm not doing track this year... :( How are you?!

I grew up in Denver, where it will literally be 70 deg one day and then will snow 2 feet the next day. Gotta love crazy weather.
