Good workout today! Started off a bit funny with warmups being all jumbled... I missed the memo that our workouts are now a half-hour earlier than before. But we ran 20 minutes with some recruits. So I ended up getting in about 35 minutes of warmup before. Then we did 5x1000s GP 3:35 w/4:00 recovery, 10 minute break, 3x800 GP 2:44 w/3:00 recovery, 5 minutes break, then a 600 GP 1:51. My times were 3:34, 3:35, 3:34, 3:35, 3:34, 2:45, 2:45, 2:44 and 1:52. Nice! A bit tired on the last few and definitely worn out as I cooled down, but a quality workout today.
