Great morning for a run, I wish the air quality was a little better. A little tired today I had to start a little early this morning because my daughter was starting a volleyball camp and I needed to get her there and signed up by 8 this morning.

Took some Nyquil last night to help me sleep, it worked. Just an easy run today felt kind of weak.

What a great morning for a run, temps a little cooler it was just nice outside this morning. I was dragging because I had to do some stuff for work and 11:30 and 1:00 last night so it was a real struggle to get out the door this morning. But once out the door I was glad I went.
