30 minutes, 10.2 miles on indoor bike then 2 easy miles on TM. Calf felt fine.
Pilates, lower body weights, core.
It felt really good to have a solid cross training morning.
20 miles on indoor bike then 1 mile on TM. About 3/4 mile into run my left calf twinged so I imediately started walking for the last 1/4 mile. It feels ok now so hopefully it was nothing.
Pilates. Rode bike to and from work for a total of 6 miles.
22 miles on bike and then some core work focusing hip mobility. 1 mile TM walk.
Pilates and core with a lot of hip mobility work.
