My legs felt a little tight this morning from last nights speed work, but at the same time they felt lively and energetic. I ran at an easy effort the whole time, but ended up being too fast according to my training plan.
2 mile warm up then started into what was supposed to be 6 miles at mp but at the end of the first mile my right uppper calf tightened up. I jog walked one more mile and called it a night.
