After a week of sleeping in a tent at 5500 feet in the mountains with the Boy Scouts and running less than normal, I was feeling antsy to get in a good run.
2 mile warm up
5x1 mile (6:40, 6:30, 6:20, 6:10, 6:00) with 1/2 mile recovery jog
1 mile cool down
